Working with local residents, Ian makes sure the council deals with important ‘everyday’ issues, such as badly maintained pavements, potholes, rubbish on the streets and ensuring there are plenty of trees and quality green areas. Ian is Conservative spokesman for Place: Culture, Heritage & Governance; Climate Action & Sustainable Transport; Planning Policy & Communications, and Housing.
Along with Cllr Bass, Ian holds a monthly councillor surgery where local residents can come and discuss any concerns or problems with council services - or just come along for a chat. The councillor surgery takes place on the first Saturday of every month at Warren House, Warren Road, KT2 7HY. Arrive any time between 10am and 11am.
